What items can I ship with Ataraxis Logistics?

We ship a wide variety of items including personal effects, clothing, electronics, food items (frozen and non-frozen), documents, gifts, and commercial goods. However, we do not ship prohibited items such as weapons, illegal substances, or hazardous materials.

Do you offer pickup or door-to-door services?

Yes, we offer convenient door-to-door services in select areas. For pickup services, please contact our office to schedule a pickup at your location. Additional fees may apply depending on your location and package size.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your package, the shipping method (air or sea cargo), and the destination. We provide free quotes before you commit. Use our online calculator or contact us for a detailed quote.

What happens if my shipment is delayed?

In the rare event of a delay, we will proactively notify you and provide updated delivery estimates. Delays can occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or logistics issues. Our team works diligently to minimize delays and keep you informed.

Do you ship from Calgary to Lagos as well?

Yes! We provide shipping services in both directions - from Lagos to Calgary and from Calgary to Lagos. Our services include air cargo, sea freight, and frozen shipments for both routes.

What is the Frozen Shipment service for?

Our Frozen Shipment service is designed for temperature-sensitive items like frozen foods, perishables, and items that require cold chain logistics. We use specialized packaging and refrigerated containers to maintain the integrity of your goods throughout the journey.

Can I change my shipment details after drop-off?

Changes to shipment details may be possible depending on the shipping stage. Contact our customer service team immediately if you need to make changes. Note that some changes may incur additional fees or delay your shipment.
